WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
The casino is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. On the weekends, we are open 24 hours beginning at 8:00am Friday through 4:00am Monday.
HOW DO I REQUEST A WIN/LOSS STATEMENT?
Please fill out our Win/Loss Form. If you have the Century Casinos mobile app, you can also request the statement there and it will go directly to your email associated with your account.

DO YOU HAVE SEMI/RV PARKING/HOOKUPS?
While we do not have designated parking spaces for semis or RVs, you are welcome to park along the outer edge of our lot. We kindly ask that you choose a spot farthest from the casino entrance to keep closer spaces available for other guests, and please ensure that no exits are blocked.
DOES THE RIVERVIEW ALLOW PETS?
Our hotel only allows for service animals.
WHAT IS CHECK IN/OUT TIME AT THE RIVERVIEW?
Check in begins at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. If you are needing an early check in or late check out, please speak with the hotel front desk or call 573-444-8439.
WHAT IS THE RIVERVIEW'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
Must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalty of a 1 night room stay plus tax.
